2021 FA Community Shield

The 2021 FA Community Shield will be the 99th FA Community Shield match, it is a single football match organized by The Football Association (FA) in England, played between the previous season's winners of the English Premier League which is England's primary domestic league and the FA Cup which is England's primary domestic cup.



Defending Champions-

Arsenal was the defending champions of this title having won the 2020 FA Community Shield. Bu the side did not qualify for this season as they failed to win either 2020-21 English Premier League or 2020-21 FA Cup

Qualified Teams-

In 2021, the match will be played between Manchester City, the winner of 2020-21 English Premier League, and Leicester City, the winner of 2020-21 FA Cup.

Fixture-

The match will be held at the Wembley Stadium in London, England on 07 August 2021.

Results-

Match Format-

The match is played at a neutral venue. If the score is tied at the end of scheduled 90 minutes time, no extra time will played and the winner will determine by penalty shoot-out. Each team will named maximum nine substitutes among them maximum six substitution can be taken at the match.
